I began my career in 1995 at Stan Wiley Realtors, then transitioned to Hasson Company Realtors, both outstanding Lake Oswego based companies where I had the pleasure and good fortune to build relations with the best in the business, as I gained invaluable knowledge and experience while growing my business. Since the start, I have served greater Portland area buyers and sellers as a full-time licensed Oregon Realtor. It’s now been thirty wonderful, rewarding years.

A desire to remain as close to my clients and properties as possible, streamlining the business and providing a first-class, “boutique” service to my past and future clients is what led me to create Hamilton Realty in 2002.

My business model is different than many and was rare at the time Hamilton Realty was created. I am Principal Broker / Owner and only licensee in my company. When you contact Hamilton Realty you work directly with me. I am fortunate to also be able to provide my clients with one of the best, most experienced Transactions Coordinators in the industry. Additionally, I bring to your experience many long-time relationships with expert home inspectors, escrow officers, professional photographers, stagers, appraisers, lenders and many top vendors and service providers to assist in listing preparation and home improvement needs. I am uniquely positioned to also offer my clients referral services, should their needs be outside of Oregon and/or the area I serve. I commit to referral clients to do the research and connect you to experienced professionals with proven track records, should your needs call for expanded services outside my area of expertise.

At a minimum, ninety percent of my business is past client referrals or repeat business. This is my best advertising! I am always glad to add new clients to my sphere and demonstrate to you, your friends and family, the value of an experienced, caring real estate professional.
